We are so backward in TN we seem to think the container industry (‘lobbyists’) can tell us what to do with the bottles, cans and other containers littering our streets and highways.

Pride of place in TN has advocated a Bottle Bill for more than seven terms of the State Legislature and we still don’t have a bottle bill. Do you think there’s support for a FEDERAL VERSION? It appears there IS a need.
